Nathan Coppedge FURTHER NOTE I made a slight mistake: the device functions better when the wider track is positioned mostly higher, as this increases speed on the mostly upper track. The narrow mostly bottom track makes use of a sharper overall justified motion, whereas the wider track makes greater use of the wedge with the lower part of the upper track using less of a wedge than the upper part. Thus, some of the wedge force occurs without loss of altitude. The bends in the corners are then used to position each previous base barely above the following track, thus the wedge-action takes place at the expense of the track height which is itself lower than the previous endpoint due to the use of the wedge which we know allows the endpoint of the track to have higher altitude. Hence, the 'Escher Delta' Principle! Additional efficiency is had by placing two oppoaite-directed tracks in parallel, which creates a wider difference in altitudes of all parts.

Nathan Coppedge Note: Critical parts of design are that 1. The corners of the wide parts of the TRACK AND TRACK BASE are turned up, 2. The track on one side is taller except at the beginning point where it is lower, 3. There is a preferred direction of motion, meaning in this case the far end is not as quick going leftward as the near end is quick going rightward.
