Grace Okiror
Lecturer

Summary
I have conducted research in dielectric spectroscopy of agricultural materials for more than three years. I also possess considerable experience in design, development and dissemination of appropriate technology for agricultural production and processing in the context of developing countries. Successful technologies include grain threshers, shellers and dryers, and low cost sanitary napkins for public primary health care. I also have more than five years’ experience as a collegiate instructor and researcher. My interest is to continue conducting research in food processing, postharvest and other appropriate technologies for agriculture and food security, as well as develop my experience in agricultural applications of microwave engineering.
